We’ve been interviewing brokers around Australia to improve our understanding of your businesses and where we can help. We will share what we’ve found and give you insight into what the future experience for brokers and customers holds.
IT Manager, Sales
Holden is an IT professional with over 20 years of experience, with the last 15 years in the finance industry. In his current role Holden is responsible for providing technical solutions to support the broker sales process. Holden has an in depth understanding of current technology trends and opportunities. He is focused on improving efficiency and acceptance of technology, with a passion in creating a great customer journey through the use of technology to benefit both brokers and customers.
Simon is a highly accomplished digital UX/UI designer with extensive experience in branding, corporate design and web development. Since joining AFG in 2010 Simon has become a key member in the rollout of a number of IT/Marketing projects; from our marketing communication program (SMART), development of our multiple web projects, leading the design and UX of our mobile apps and much more to come for our brokers and their customers.

Harman has over 20 years of experience advising banking, insurance, wealth management and telecommunications clients on topics spanning strategy, operations and technology. He is passionate about helping clients improve their end-to-end customer processes and experiences and improve efficiency and effectiveness of their businesses. Harman is a specialist in home lending processes and has supported 6 Australian banks in improving their home loan origination processes. Prior to joining A.T. Kearney Harman spent over a decade with Infosys, a global technology services organisation. Harman has completed his MBA from INSEAD, France/Singapore.
Toni is a Senior Manager at A.T. Kearney with 7 years of management consulting experience in strategy and customer-driven transformations for financial services clients. Toni’s expertise lies in operating model design, process optimisation and productivity. Toni has worked with multiple financial institutions to increase their sale effectiveness and redesign their home lending processes. Toni holds a graduate degree from Oxford University.
